Tuttle Inc is growing and evolving rapidly. We currently employ 47 in the positions of Project Engineers on and off-site, Designers, Fabricators, Installers and office personnel.
The work we do is different for each of our valued customers and we can fill any or all of their production needs. Mechanical Design Engineer
Typical projects include:
Custom automation/production/packaging/assembly equipment, conveyor fabrication and installations, turn-key processing and packaging lines, structural fabrications and installations, and piping systems for the pharmaceutical industry.
Duties of the Mechanical Design Engineer include:
Developing fabrication and installation drawings for custom designed equipmentaccording to Tuttle Inc design standards. Designer will be responsible for completing design calculations for static and dynamic loads, equipment specifications/procurement, design review / approval, addressing safety issues, troubleshooting during the design, fabrication, and installation processes , meeting all customer equipment standards and implement equipment to customer and OSHA safety standards, as well as, assisting 6 or more mechanical designer/drafters.
Requirements:
BS In Mechanical Engineering - preferred, Equivalent experience will be considered
5 years Mechanical Design Experience
Highly experience with 2D and 3D AutoCAD
Highly experience with 3D Solid Modeling software

Project Manager - Sioux City, SD
Duties include but not limited to:
Submitting proposals to customers, sales calls to customers, and project management onsite during the installation processes.
Project manager must have ample Millwright experience with extensive Stainless Steel and TIG welding experience.
We are looking for a Project Manager in the Sioux City area that will be responsible for procurement of purchased equipment, interactions with customer and design/engineering staff to complete approval drawings, scheduling with fabrication supervisor to meet project deadlines, installation scheduling, onsite installation supervision, and submittals of invoice requisitions. Project manager will be responsible to meet all customer equipment standards and implement equipment to customer and OSHA safety standards.
Project Manager will be primarily on-site at our customer's locations.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Fabrication Stainless Steel Parts and Equipment and Installation of Custom Equipment, Pipe Fitting, must be able to Trouble Shoot and have Good Communication.
Must have ample Mechanical and Millwright experience with good Stainless Steel and TIG welding experience. Welding degree is desired.
